It’s been just over a month since we announced we’d be moving and began renovation on our historic building on the square – and what a wild month it has been! For those of whom have been in the thick of renovation before (whether a home or business) you know that everyday is an adventure and you never know what you’re going to get! ha

Thankfully for us – we’ve had a great team of people rallying together, on all sides, and working around the clock to make the future dreams of O+A a reality. We’re still in the thick of construction – we’ve re-worked, re-wired, re-installed and re-designed every inch of this building. All the plumbing, HVAC + electrical are set to be completed. We’ve poured new concrete (hello shiny new floors) and drywall is currently underway. Here’s a sneak peak at the progress –

We’re excited because over the next week the REAL FUN begins – paint will start to cover the walls, tile will be laid, cabinets will be installed and our hand-picked hardware + furnishings will trickle on in. So, without further ado, we give you a sneak peek of an assortment of elements we’ve chosen for the new space –

We wanted the aesthetic of our current space to carry over into the new space – so no surprise to see a plethora of blacks, whites + some pops of gold. Our goal was to create a comfortable space, yet bring a unique and elevated environment to the table. Just a little bit of edge, with a twist of modern mystery and a touch of European romance. Our hope and prayer is that this space becomes a place to find inspiration – to feel transformation!

We could share SO much more, but that would ruin the surprise! We are so excited and we can’t wait to show you for yourself! With an ever-evolving construction timeline, we’re aiming for a grand-opening mid-January. We’ll definitely keep you updated, and don’t forget to follow along on Instagram.
