PROJECT MANAGER + CLIENT CONCIERGE // FT
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support procurement, vendor relations, and installation logistics within a luxury residential interior design studio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, accountability, problem-solving, and delivering an exceptional level of service.
Compensation:Salary + full benefits
Experience Required: 5+ years of previous experience managing teams, schedules, budgets, products, vendors, and contractors; strong knowledge of luxury interior design and project management is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately place and manage all procurement orders, ensuring product specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery information are correct.
Maintain accurate purchase order tracking and reporting, proactively monitoring lead times, backorders, delays, and other potential issues.
Collaborate with design team to coordinate re-selections for backordered, discontinued, damaged, or unavailable items in collaboration with the design team.
Coordinate with warehouses to confirm receipt, inspect incoming goods, and manage deliveries, transfers, pickups, returns, and shipments.
Manage damages, warranty claims, returns, refunds, credits, and resolutions through completion, maintaining clear documentation and follow-up.
Serve as a key liaison between the design team, vendors, warehouses, installers, and accounting, communicating project status and issues promptly.
Manage vendor relationships, trade accounts, line registrations, and vendor information while maintaining strong relationships with representatives.
Assist with coordination of vendor site visits, appointments, and other vendor-related logistics as needed.
Assist with installations and on-site project needs as required, working closely with designers and installers to identify and resolve issues.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, organization, discretion, and client-service excellence while managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with all parties involved, including but not limited to: clients, vendors, contractors, internal design team, finance team, procurement team, and leadership team.

FOOD + BEVERAGE DIRECTOR // FT
We are seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Food + Beverage Director to lead the daily operations of an elevated coffee lounge and wine bar located within a luxury interior design studio in the heart of downtown Franklin, Tennessee.
This is more than a café management role—it's an opportunity to create an exceptional hospitality experience that complements a sophisticated design environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about specialty coffee, curated wines, exceptional guest service, and building a team that delivers memorable experiences.
This position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in both operational management and guest engagement.
Compensation: Salary, plus commission + full benefits
Experience Required: 5+ years of prior experience, previous experience managing teams, schedules, budgets, and inventory, strong knowledge of specialty coffee, food service operations, and wine
Responsibilities
Oversee all daily food and beverage operations
Lead, coach, schedule, and develop front-of-house staff
Foster an elevated hospitality-first culture focused on exceptional guest experiences
Manage inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, and product ordering
Develop and manage departmental budgets while monitoring food and beverage costs
Curate creative seasonal coffee, beverage, and light food menus
Select and maintain an elevated, approachable wine program
Ensure compliance with all health department regulations, food safety standards, and alcohol service requirements
Analyze sales, labor, and inventory data to improve profitability and operational efficiency
Coordinate staffing and service for private events, design studio gatherings, and community experiences
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation
Collaborate with ownership to continuously enhance the guest experience and grow the business

Compensation: Minimum wage, coffee allowance + perks
Experience Required: 1-2 years prior experience/enrollment
