- 2+ years in retail selling environment or design experience

SOCIAL MEDIA + MARKETINg CONTENT CREATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

- Create innovative ways to help build the brand, on social media platforms, via emailing marketing, and ads
- Capture imagery + create daily stylized posts reflecting the O+A brand
- Create + coordinate blog and email content
- Ad campaign, stats + analytics management
- Print marketing - design + print promotional pieces and signage for shop
- Build overall brand awareness, provide visual maintenance over all content for consistency.

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

- Ability to perform warehouse duties in a safe and efficient manner
Duties include but are not limited to: physical loading, unloading and sorting of packages of varying sizes and weights by hand, including lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying packages, as well as physical bending, twisting, kneeling, etc.

- Executive assistant to Principal
- Oversee calendar, book travel, coordinate meetings
- Assist with client leads, representing Principal to potential clients
- Coordinate team events, training, and culture creator
- Assist Principal in managing business priorities

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum of 3-5 years EA or office management experience
- Experience working in a customer experience role 
- Advanced technical skills (Mac, setting up office phones + equipment)
