    Cozy and welcoming, the First Floor encompasses the Coffee Lounge, Design Market, and Front Patio. Perfect for networking events, casual gatherings, or community discussions, this venue invites connection and creativity. Coffee Lounge-only rentals are also available.

  • The Loft

    An elevated and industrial boutique event space located on the 2nd floor of ONYX + ALABASTER on Franklin’s Historic Square. Perfect for private events like boutique wedding receptions or rehearsal dinners, group gatherings, corporate dinners, and creative meetups. 

    CAPACITY: 35 Seated | 50 Standing 

  • Full Buyout

    A private and immersive ONYX + ALABASTER experience, granting you exclusive access to transform each of ONYX+ALABASTER’s spaces, including our Coffee Lounge, Interior Design Market, Patio, Loft, 2 Studios, and Kitchenette. Alternative floor plans and additional seating are available as add-ons.
